Because we seek the safety of all in our community, we have these things in place:
- We have engaged the services of Safe Ministry Training, to train our leaders and inform our policy and practice.
- We have developed and adhere to a Safe Ministry Policy.
- Our leaders are all screened and appointed after relevant checks (employment history, Vic Govt Working with Children or equivalent).
- Our leaders agree to our Code of Conduct, and are reviewed according to this.
- We have appointed Safe Ministry Supervisors to ensure our policy and practices are implemented.
